Whoo! More OC's! This time Fellar, the doctor of the ME rp between me an' ~D4TAV0R3.
Fellar IS a turrian, but he doesn't claim himself to be. Raised by rather military loyal parents, they didn't approve of their son disinterest in guns. He preferred playing with needles, and fixing the other younglings up, who got hurt. As he grew older, he applied to attend a human university on Illium to study medicine. Always wanting to help people, Fellar proved his quick smarts, and photographic memory to be extremely useful. What most see as "intuition", is actually Fellar's special biotic skills. He can feel a person's life force, and detect what is wrong with them. This can tend to be a problem, when he's around another biotic, as it causes his powers to fluctuate, and his sight to become temporarily blind.
Before he became the leading doctor of the Red Dawn, he was the head medic off of Illium's leading hospital. But something went wrong, that nearly caused his license to be revoked, and it led to Fellar picking up drinking as a way to cope, and block out memories. After stepping in, during one of Iori and Hayden's missions, when they were badly wounded and patching them up, showing his fast skills with not only fixing up bad field wounds, but also using a weapon, they hired him. Over time, Fellar met Quinn, and insisted on searching for a cure for his cancer. Even if it didn't help Quinn, maybe he could help others.
Years passed, and he's still no closer, but he's had conferences with Mordin of the Normandy, over this, and is hoping for a break through, or at least something to show he's on the right track. Fellar's drinking problem never went away, and if anything, the crew knows him as probably the most violent being on that ship. Even worse than Balgron, who is a Krogan. He's known for stabbing patients with needles, and administering drugs to shut up extra chatty people. His irritation, he says, lies from stupid people talking, but in reality, it seems to go much deeper, since, even with his gruff mannerisms, and harsh ways, he still tenderly cares for his patients while they're unconscious.
Fellar's views on the other passengers can be summed up to, he hates them all. Or so he says. Secretly, Iori is his best friend, Hayden is his commander, Balgron he has no fear of, but has mild respect for the male's wisdom. Davin he hold little to no patience for, and Quinn is a little brother to him.
Tinoy is a whole other ball park. He's not sure how he feels about the other Turian. On one hand, he's struck half blind whenever Tinoy comes into the room, and it takes effort to block out the crossing biotics. On the other hand, Tinoy sends butterflies into Fellar's stomach, and makes him want to throw up. He's aware of Quinn's attraction to the Turian, and forces himself to keep his distance, despite his curiosity, and tender feelings that he still curses, and drinks away. This causes him to punish Tinoy worse than the others, especially since he's currently working on finding a way for Quinn and Tinoy to work out.
But alone in his medbay, he begins to realize how alone he is, how ugly he is inside, and how he watches everyone else from the outside, never really letting anything in. The frosty glass walls of his medical bay, show exactly how he views the world. With fuzzy clarity, and cold distance.

WHOOOO. LONG BIO IS LONG. D; But Fellar, besides Davin, is probably my fave of all my ME characters, since I've worked the most on his bio and personality.
